                                      Procedure 過程:

                                      Step 1步驟1:

                                      Heat the olive oil in a large pot and gently fry the onion, carrot and celery until the onion gets golden.

                                      在一個大鍋里加熱橄欖油,將洋蔥、胡蘿卜和芹菜炒至金黃色。

                                      Step 2步驟2:

                                      Add the pork meat cut in cubes and seal its juices on a medium/high flame until the meat is caramelized.

                                      加入切成方塊的豬肉,用中/高火封住肉汁,直到肉質焦糖化。

                                      Step 3步驟3:

                                      Turn off the flame and add the paprika. Stir well before putting the pot back on the flame.

                                      關掉火,加入辣椒粉。攪拌好后在把鍋放回火上。

                                      Step 4步驟4:

                                      Add warm water and let the meat cook for one hour.

                                      加入溫水,讓肉煮一個小時。

                                      Step 5步驟5:

                                      Add the chopped cherry tomatoes, green pepper and potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes. If necessary, add some more warm water.

                                      加入切碎的小番茄、青椒和土豆,再煮30分鐘。如有必要在加些溫水。

                                      Step 6步驟6:

                                      Serve hot in a bowl with a splash of sour cream and fresh parsley.

                                      趁熱裝在碗里,淋上一點酸奶油和新鮮的西芹。
